BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Are there any Discounts?

Yes! We have a few discounts that are provided by signing up for our emails! This can be done by trying out Spin To Win found at the botton right.

I need an order before a certain date.

We can try and accomodate every shoppers needs. We can't promise once items are shipped when they will reach a customer, but please reach out to us before placing and order to see if this is possible. Contact Page

Custom Orders

We most definitely take custom orders! However we can only do so much, and try our best creating new designs. Prices vary depending on difficulty and time. We cannot do every design that comes our way and will be upfront about it so we don’t waste your time or money!
Depending on volume of current orders designs can take up to 2 weeks, so we ask if you can be patient.

Which Shipping option Should I chose?

It is up to the customer what shipping they chose at checkout. This does not change processing times but delivery times only.

We do not set these costs, it is the shipping provider.

If it’s an international order (anywhere out of North America) there is a Small Packet Air option, this DOES NOT include tracking and TheStickItStudio is not held liable once the item is shipped. You will not be able to track this item, and we won’t be able to provide updates. We have given this option as a cheaper alternative, but please select another option if you would like a tracked package.

AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED

When will my order be shipped?

Each item is Made To Order. This means each item has a 3-10 processing time frame before being shipped. Processing days are Monday through Friday, exluding Canadian Holidays. We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Our processing days DO NOT include the shipping time.

Processing vs Delivery dates?

Our Processing days are seperate from delivery times. Processing days is the time we are required to fulfill your order, while shipping times are once it is dropped off with the courier.

Can I cancel my order?

We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible if you need an order cancelled.

If we have already processed the order for shipment we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. If you have any other questions please reach out to us.

I made a mistake. Can I change the address that it’s shipped to?

Due to the amount of scams and issues we have had due to change of address after an order was placed, we ask that you contact us.
We will then proceed to cancel the order with the incorrect address and ask that you place a new one with the correct information as mess ups can happen and the shipping cost may change due to location of the different address.
This protects both TheStickItStudio and the customer.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Damaged Package/Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Proof will be required to issue an insurance claim with shipping provider. This could take days to weeks to resolve as it is an insurance claim, so we ask that you please be patient. If the claim gets approved, we then are able to send out a replacement of the item(s) damaged. Contact

TheStickItStudio is not held responsible or liable for damaged items or the package it came due to the shipping provider. 

Lost/Stolen Package

We first suggest asking your family and neighbours if someone else have recived the package before reaching out.

Next step would be to call/visit your local post office to see if the can look up the last known location of the package.

If you still have no luck, Contact us. We will have to issue a ticket with the postal service to claim the insurance on the package. This takes 2-3 weeks on average.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are created by the shipping provider. It is calculated by weight and size of the item being shipped. At checkout please ensure you select the correct shipping method. WE DO NOT SET THESE PRICES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Refunds/Returns

Do you accept Returns?

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The following items are not eligible: personalized or custom orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can Contact us.

If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you accept Exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I've Sent my Item Back to TheStickItStudio for a Return. What Happens now?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sweater Care

You will notice a weird feeling on the front of sweaters when you first recieve the item. This is the protection we apply before the design to ensure the item doesnt get ruined. The sweater will require a first wash to remove this and will go back to normal.

Wash instructions:
Best to turn garment inside out
Machine wash cold
No bleach
Normal heat dry
Do not dry clean
