US ORDERS ONLY - A 35% DUTY FEE IS ADDED TO ALL ORDERS AS PART OF THE CURRENT TARRIFIS. THIS WILL ENSURE QUICK SHIPPING AND LESS ISSUES AT CUSTOMS. THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE
As all orders are made to order and we are a small business with limited help, all items are processed within 3-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
If you need your products by a certain date, please reach out to us before placing your order.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All rates are set by shipping providers, as we have no control over the shipping times or prices set by these companies. At checkout please ensure you select the correct shipping method* .
Please remember delivery times are separate from our processing timeframe.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number(if applicable)you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, The Stick It Studio is not held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages. The best solution is to contact the shipping carrier directly or issue a ticket with them.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
TheStickItStudio is not held responsible or liable for damaged items or the package it came due to the shipping provider. You may contact us regarding this issue, proof of the damage will be required. Upon this we will help in issuing a ticket with that shipping provider selected. This takes some weeks to resolve as it is an insurance claim, so we ask that you please be patient. If the claim gets approved, we then are able to send out a replacement of the item(s) damaged.
